NEO+ is an advanced EN 54-16 certified public address, background music and voice alarm system that offers maximum flexibility and power, with high‑performance features that put it at the forefront of state‑of‑the‑art technology.
Designed for medium to large installations, NEO+ reduces time and costs thanks to its plug‑and‑play philosophy, which facilitates all installation, maintenance and system operation procedures.
CERTIFIED, RELIABLE AND ROBUST
The NEO+ system is certified according to the international standard EN 54-16. NEO+ is reliable and effective in fire safety installations, a robust and highly durable equipment in any large-scale project. NEO+ also has other international certifications such as Civil Defense in the Middle East or EAC.
SCALABLE AND EASY TO USE
NEO+ follows the plug-and-play philosophy that reduces installation and maintenance costs by including everything needed to manage a public address and voice evacuation installation in a single unit. It can be easily scaled up using 4- and 8-channel NEO+ Extension units to reach up to 1024 zones in a single system. In multi-controller mode, NEO+ can work without zone limitation.
AES67/DANTE® TECHNOLOGY
The NEO+ system includes a communications module based on AES67 technology for digital audio transmission at network level 3. This protocol allows interoperability between different systems based on audio over IP, in addition to being an open standard that can be used without relying on more expensive proprietary technologies.
DUAL REDUNDANT CONTROLLER
NEO+ incorporates redundant controller functionality to back up the core of the system and secure it against any type of failure or incident in the installation. Two NEO-8060+ main controllers can be connected in a ring so that one operates as the main unit and the second as the backup unit.
EVAC CONTROL: EN 54 LOCAL MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISION
EVAC Control is a management and supervision platform for local single-site and multi-site EN 54 NEO+ and NEO local public address and voice evacuation systems. Through an eCore industrial hardware device, the application offers public address and background music functions and a calendar module for scheduling pre-recorded messages.
EVAC CLOUD: EN 54 REMOTE CONNECTION AND SUPERVISION
EVAC Cloud enables EN 54 remote monitoring and connection for alarm management in NEO+ and NEO systems. The platform offers secure remote access for advanced configuration functions through NEO Configurator using an eCore industrial hardware device.

NEO+ has 4 Gb of internal memory to store over 600 minutes of pre-recorded messages that can be played manually or automatically. Up to two messages can be played simultaneously to different zones.

+A+B lines on each amplifier
NEO+ has a total of 16 amplifier lines allowing the use of one or two speaker lines per amplifier for increased redundancy.

NEO+ allows sending priority signals to 8 different zones to disable up to 24 attenuators.

Whether by contact closure, serial port or Ethernet commands, NEO+ easily integrates with third party equipment.

Allows monitoring and recording of messages emitted from the emergency microphone.
+Advanced event management
Using the NEO Configurator software, events can be created and stored by NEO+ to perform actions on the system. Examples: playing a message periodically in a set of zones during specific days and times, lowering the volume of several zones when a network command is received, playing a message in a zone when a microphone button is pressed, etc.
